Our web server automatically identifies every visitor’s ISP address (where possible), but not the email address.

We collect only the ISP address and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registration. This information is used for internal review to improve the content of our site and to notify consumers about updates to the site. This information is then discarded, and is not share with other organizations for commercial purposes.

With respect to cookies: We use cookies to record session information, such as items that consumers add to their shopping cart.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS:

At Herbal Empire we do our best to ship you the best so all sales are final, if you package goes missing after being tracked we will ship again at no charge and most likely and most likely have it overnighted to compensate for the time lost. You should equally keep in mind that we do not reship if you supply us with a wrong address. The address can be changed if the order has still not been dispatched at our end. As soon as the order is transferred to courier we cannot change any information or return it to you.

We also do not reship if your package is shipped back to us. Please keep track of your packages and contact your local courier company or post office in case they cannot locate your address.

NB: Refunds are made IF AND ONLY IF the package shipped was a wrong package or bad product.
