We only ship using standard USPS Shipping. Expect delays during Holidays! 

Any chargeback or disputes, please contact us immediately. If a chargeback or dispute has been done without contacting us , customer will be permanently banned from all our websites.

This usually occurs when the shipping agency has not updated their system! If you have been provided a tracking number, please call the shipping agency for any concerns.

There are many reasons why your card can fail or decline, please see below:

• CVV Mismatch – The CVV code (3-digit code on the back of card) you entered is incorrect.
• AVS Incorrect/Rejected/Unavailable – The BILLING address you’ve entered does not match what your bank has on file for that specific card.
• Insufficient Funds – No money in your account.
• Issuer Declined – Your bank declined the transaction. (You need to call to override your card provider block. There should be no further issues.)
• Name must match the account holder and billing  address (we do not process orders that do not match billing and shipping)

YES we ship to all states in the USA, we have a flat fee shipping cost.The shipping cost includes shipping & handling.

We ship only within the USA but CAN make exceptions for bulk orders.

All orders are processed and shipped out the within 12 business hours from California. We will email you the tracking number within 24 hours after ordering.Holidays and  weather may affect this and delays are to be expected. Until the shipping agency scans and updates their system it will show as Pre-shipment. It can take the shipping agency several hours sometimes days to scan and update their system even if packages have been received.
